Tax Deductable Donations to Robin Kornman

1. Make the check out to Nalanda Individual Assistance Trust number 2.
   
   
2. Do not write on the check that it is for Robin, but specify that in a note accompanying the
   check. You may if you wish write on the check that it is for a charitable donation.
   
   
3. Send the check and the note to Goldfarb Foundation, P.O. Box 400, Portage, WI 53901
   
   
4. For donations under $250 your canceled check is your receipt for tax purposes. For donations of $250 or more, you will receive a letter from NIAT which you should keep in your files. This is according to IRS guidelines.
